The Libelle was poor in the airport without a carrier attachment but handles well and fits tight spaces on a cruise; it doesn't recline.
“It was horrible in the airport because we couldn’t attach her carrier to it, however it was really nice for being on a cruise. It has good handling and it works really well in tight spaces.”
